'Our man on the ground'​

We were tasked with driving investment and growing awareness around PATRIZIA’s extensive local knowledge of residential and logistics trends across Europe. 

 

In the executions below, we use Sebastian Dietert, Residential Fund Manager, and Nicolai Soltau, Logistics Fund Manager, as men on the ground, communicating PATRIZIA’s local presence and knowledge. We also later delivered a more general ad, building on the concept. The mixed-media aesthetic, which takes colours from the brand palette, achieves a simple but effective vibrancy, and delivers stand-out against competitor ads. A challenge here, from a copy perspective particularly, was to strike a tone that was approachable and human but not whimsical in any way – a tone that suited the gravity of investing.
